Dr. Birgit Stelzer
Founder of TAKTgefühl
Dr. Birgit Stelzer is a passionate violinist and pianist who pursues music with great dedication alongside her professional career. She regularly performs in chamber music and project orchestras in Germany and Switzerland and is well-versed in Baroque, classical, and contemporary orchestral repertoire.
Through her close network of conductors and orchestras, she creates meaningful connections between music and management—and designs tailored workshop formats with organizational clarity and sensitivity.
Professionally, she has worked for many years in industry, academia, and the start-up world, bringing leadership experience, analytical thinking, and creative energy. With TAKTgefühl, she unites her musical passion with her leadership expertise—creating a unique bridge between the stage and the world of business.

Melanie Kamrath
Melanie Kamrath brings together two worlds: leadership and innovation—and a deep, long-standing connection to music.
She has played the piano since childhood. This is where she developed qualities that shape her work with people in complex organizational and innovation environments: attentive listening, maintaining tension, sensing the right moment, and making conscious decisions. For her, music is a space of presence and clarity.
Professionally, Melanie has been supporting founders, executives, and interdisciplinary teams for many years. She helps them create orientation, clarify responsibilities, and shape collaboration in a way that works under dynamic conditions.
At TAKTgefühl, she merges practical leadership experience with the logic of music-making. She demonstrates how connection emerges in a team before a single word is spoken; how clarity becomes effective when it becomes visible; and how people sound stronger together when they don’t merely coordinate – but truly engage with one another.

Goldencut Media
The Goldencut Media team accompanies TAKTgefühl workshops with a keen sense for atmosphere, people, and meaningful moments.
Creative director Alex Vollertsen and his team produce photos and videos that do more than document – they reveal the emotional power of music and leadership.
Whether discreet workshop documentation, portrait series, or complete image films, Goldencut Media captures what would otherwise remain fleeting: the interplay of sound, gesture, and human encounter.
The result is a visual echo that carries the idea of TAKTgefühl forward – authentically, aesthetically, and with a sense for what matters.

Prof. Dr. Klaus Weigele
Prof. Dr. Klaus Weigele has been Director of the State Academy for Young Musicians in Baden-Wuerttemberg in Ochsenhausen since 2002.
As a conductor, teacher, tenor, and passionate musician, he brings a wealth of artistic experience to our workshops. In addition to many years of working with orchestras in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, he stands out for his openness to musical diversity—from classical symphonies to tango ensembles.
His artistic signature is defined by precision, warmth, and the ability to move people – on stage and in leadership contexts.

Hochschulorchester Biberach
The Biberach University Orchestra unites artistic curiosity with refined musical precision. Led by Prof. Dr. Klaus Weigele, the ensemble explores extraordinary repertoire, world premieres, and seldom-performed singspiele – frequently in unexpected collaborations, such as with Michael Sommer and his playful opera interpretations using Playmobil figures.
This spirit of creativity and openness makes the orchestra a perfect partner for TAKTgefühl.
