I didn’t receive any musical training. Is the workshop still for me?
Absolutely. Many participants cannot read music or have never played an instrument—and that is precisely the point. Our workshop is not about musical expertise but about leadership without words: presence, clarity, and connection. All you need is curiosity and openness.
I can’t read music—how am I supposed to conduct?
Quite simply: we show you how to communicate without words. You’ll receive the tools you need and can apply them immediately. In the end, it’s not about knowing the notes—it’s about whether the orchestra follows you.
I don’t play an instrument – am I still in the right place?
Yes.
The workshop is not aimed primarily at musicians, but at leaders, founders, and decision-makers who want to experience how leadership works. The orchestra becomes your team – and you lead through presence, attitude, clarity, and a few tools learned on the spot.
And who knows – perhaps you’ll discover a hidden musical talent.
How long does the workshop last?
The classic TAKTgefühl workshop lasts one day, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Step by step, we guide you from your first movement to your own moment at the podium. Shorter or longer formats are available on request.
Where does the workshop take place?
We host workshops at selected locations in southern Germany. On request, we also offer in-house events at your company or a venue of your choice.
Can I contribute my own topics or areas of focus?
Gladly.

Can I conduct a real concert at the end?
A public concert is not planned.
The focus lies on experiencing leadership, not on musical perfection. Some participants conduct short passages, others complete pieces—always in a way that suits the moment.
If you wish to create a performance setting, we can arrange it—for example by inviting colleagues or family to an evening session. This creates a small concert situation as a special finale.
Can TAKTgefühl also work with large orchestras such as the Munich Philharmonic?
Working with the Munich Philharmonic would, of course, be an extraordinary opportunity—and who knows, perhaps it may happen one day. For now, we collaborate with our trusted partner orchestras and conductors to create an unforgettable experience of sound, leadership, and connection.
